I know what you're thinking. How did Billy Idol make the hair band list? Where's his hair? I was undecided about where to put him but he can't be left off of the list. The song is itself more like metal. I myself didn't much care for Billy Idol but I had friends who would spend weeks planning just the right outfit and makeup to wear to his concert. Of course, sometimes getting the right hair and makeup meant a lot of prep and using the walkie talkie vaporizer.
